  • Subject to availability and at each hotel’s regulations, you will be upgraded to the next higher room category. Upgrade does not apply to Equator Club and Suites.
• Complimentary Executive Suite Upgrade Voucher
  • One complimentary Executive Suite (or similar) upgrade voucher is included in your membership, and can be used at any of our hotels.
• Complimentary Late Check-out
  • Subject to availability, you will be able to enjoy a late check-out until 6pm on the day of your departure without any charges.
• Laundry and Dry Cleaning Discount
  • A 30% discount on all laundry and dry cleaning services will be extended throughout your stay at any Hotel Equatorial.
• Food and Beverage Discount
  • A 10% food and beverage discount at all our hotel operated restaurants will be accorded to your for up to ten (10) persons on a single receipt for non-promotional orders and events.
• Discounted Fitness Centre Membership Fees
  • A discount will be extended on your membership fees when you sign up at any of our hotel operated fitness centres (discount level varies by location).
• Welcome Amenities
  • Special welcome amenities will be extended upon your arrival as practiced locally.
• Priority Check-in and Check-out
  • You will enjoy pre-registration facilities at all Hotel Equatorial destinations along with V.I.P. check-in services. Your departure will be handled similarly.

  • Non-transferrable
  • May be withdrawn without prior notice
• Membership renewal is not automatic and will be subject to pre-qualification by Hotel Equatorial
